- 有底先端部の内面に接続手段４を有し基端部に
導線ターミナル５を設けたガラス状カーボン質の
素子管１と、前記接続手段に先端取付部６を止着
した状態で素子管内を直延する基端部に導線ター
ミナル７を備えた黒鉛質の素子棒２と、前記素子
管および素子棒の基端部位を被包保持する水冷ジ
ヤケツト３とから構成されるガラス状カーボン−
黒鉛系の熱電対。
