    化室を装着するとともに、その側部に分岐管を設
    けた充填剤入りのカラムと、 上記第１の試料気化室に接続した第１の開閉部
    材を有するキヤリアガス導入管と、 上記分岐路を介してカラム内に挿入された第１
    と第２の細管と、 上記第１の細管端部に接続した第２の試料気化
    室と、 上記第２の細管端部に接続した第２の開閉部材
    を有するキヤリアガス導入管と、 を備えるガスクロマトグラフの分離カラム。 (2) 上記充填剤として、上記カラム内に挿入し
    た第１と第２の細管端部を境に強極性充填剤と無
    極性充填剤をそれぞれ充填したことを特徴とする
