Claims (1)
- ターゲツトと一体の筒状ロータと、前記ロータ
の筒部内に挿入されて軸受けを抱持しこの軸受を
介して前記ロータの回転軸を支承する軸箱とから
なる回転陽極および陰極を真空外囲器内に設けた
回転陽極形Ｘ線管装置において、前記ロータの筒
部内周面、外周面および前記軸箱の外周面のうち
少なくともいずれかに金属黒化処理を施したこと
を特徴とする回転陽極形Ｘ線管装置。
