ース１１の切欠溝１１ａを示す第１図のＡ―Ａ線
断面図である。 図において、１はスピンドル、１ａはスピンド
ルカム、２はハンマ、２ａはハンマカム、２ｂは
ハンマ打撃爪、３，５はスチールボール、４はハ
ンマスプリング、６はスプリングシート、７はア
ンビル、７ａはアンビル打撃爪、７ｂは摺動爪、
８はハンマケース、９は先端工具、１０は保持体
、１１はシリンダケース、１１ａは切欠溝、１１
ｂは摺動室、１２はシリンダスプリング、１３は
スプリングケース、１３ａは係止部、１４は傾斜
部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スチールボールを介してハンマの回転運動を軸
    方向の往復運動に変換するカムをスピンドルとハ
    ンマのそれぞれに形成し、一定の打撃力に達する
    とハンマがモータ側へ後退し、アンビルとハンマ
    の打撃爪部の噛み合いが外れ、ハンマ後退時にた
    くわえられるハンマスプリングの蓄積エネルギに
    よりハンマの回転エネルギを付設して再度、アン
    ビルを打撃する打撃機構部と前記ハンマの打撃爪
    とアンビル爪の各々の打撃面に傾斜部を形成する
    と共に、前記打撃部品を保護するハンマケースに
    ボルト等で固定されたシリンダケースの内径部に
    軸方向に切欠溝を設け、該切欠溝にアンビルの先
    端に形成された摺動爪をかん合し前記アンビルの
    回転を阻止し軸方向にのみ移動可能として、回転
    方向の打撃力を軸方向の打撃力に変換する打撃変
    換部を、前記アンビルの先端に先端工具を保持す
    る保持体を前記エリンダケース内に前後動自在に
    収容し、且つシリンダケースにスプリングケース
    を固定し、該スプリングケースの先端部に形成し
    た係止部と前記保持体との間にシリンダスプリン
    グを配設した工具先端保持部とより成る電動タガ
    ネ機の往復動機構。
