Claims (1)
- 加圧式混練機の混合槽下部に、混練り後の材料
を排出する排出口を設け、前記混練機の下部に、
排出口からの材料を紐状に押出す成形ノズルを備
えた押出機を設け、該押出機の成形ノズルからの
紐状材料を受けるベルトコンベヤを設け、該コン
ベヤのベルト表面部に凹凸を形成すると共に、前
記ベルトコンベヤの出側上段に、該コンベヤのベ
ルト表面部の凹部と噛合いベルト上の紐状材料を
切断する歯車形のカツターを配置し、該カツター
と前記成形ノズルとの間に材料冷却区間を確保し
たことを特徴とする混練造粒機。
