りなる石鹸型打方法に関するもので、その目的と
するところは型打ちされた石鹸のシームラインの
色斑と外観不良を解消すると共にコバの飛散を防

上下に対設の前記透孔4内に突入するコバ落し棒

た石鹸本体を型枠の一側に進退自在に設置した吸
盤で吸着して次工程方向へ引取ると同時に型枠の
一側に附着する石鹸バーのコバを、型枠の他側に
進退自在に設置した支持アームの上下に対設の透
孔内に突入するコバ落し棒で抜き出して除去する
ようにしたので、コバ落しとその収集も簡単に行
