    与するためのカツタと、該カツタの刃先が断面円
    形の該フアイバの軸心と直交する平面内において
    該円形の接線と平行方向に移動しつつ該刃先がフ
    アイバ表面に接触して切開傷を付与するように上
    記保持具に直接的又は間接的に取付けられたカツ
    タ取付体と、から構成されたフアイバ切断工具。
