A coil is wound around a columnar part of an iron core. Conventionally, a bobbin is made in advance from a thick board, etc., a core material with the same cross-sectional shape is inserted into the bobbin, the core material is rotated, the electric wire is wound around the bobbin by the rotation, and then the core material is inserted into the bobbin. The bobbin removed from the iron core was fitted into the iron core.

Therefore, it is inevitable that the bobbin will wobble about the iron core after fitting. When such rattling occurs, the steel plates that make up the iron core also rattle. Therefore, this causes noise generation.

2 is an iron core, and 2 is a coil, which is constructed by winding an electric wire 4 around a bobbin 3. As described above, the coil 2 is constructed by inserting a core material into the bobbin 3 and winding the wire while rotating the core material. The coil manufactured in advance in this way is fitted to the iron core 1, but at that time, a cylindrical film 5 made of heat-shrinkable resin is placed between the bobbin 3 and the iron core 1 so as to surround the outer periphery of the iron core 1. Set it up. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, a film 5 is fitted onto a portion of the iron core 1 where the coil 2 is wound. Then, the bobbin 3 of the coil 2 is fitted onto the outer circumferential side thereof.

解く。 After the coil 2 is fitted onto the iron core 1 in the manner described above, pressure is applied from the outer periphery of the coil 2 in the direction of the arrow by the pushers 6 to 9, as shown in FIG. Due to this pressurization, the inner surface of the bobbin 3 is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the iron core 1, and there is no gap between the two, and the iron core 1 is also pressurized, so that the steel plates come into close contact with each other. At the same time as this pressurization, the film 5 is heated. This heating may be performed, for example, by heating the coil 2. As the film 5 contracts due to this heating, the iron core 1 is placed under the above-mentioned pressure.
It is now tightened by the shrink film 5.
As a result, the state in which the steel plates of the iron core 1 are pressed into close contact with each other is maintained as it is. After the film 5 has sufficiently shrunk, the pressure from the pushers 6 to 9 is released.

The iron core is tightened by the shrinkage of the film while the steel plates are kept in close contact with each other under pressure.
The steel plates that make up the iron core are fixed, so vibrations of the steel plates are suppressed. This makes it possible to reliably prevent noise caused by vibration of the steel plate.
