  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 汚水に嫌気性生物処理を施すために地中に
    設置され、内部を前記汚水を貯溜するための第１
    の室と該第１の室を取り巻く第２の室とに区画す
    る隔壁を有する消化槽と、太陽熱を集熱して流体
    を加温する手段と、前記第２の室と前記加温手段
    との間において前記流体を循環させるための循環
    手段とを含む、汚水の生物化学処理装置。 (2) 前記隔壁は熱の良導体で形成されている、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の生物化
    学処理装置。 (3) 前記加温手段は、地表面を覆う覆いから成
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の生
    物化学処理装置。 (4) 前記第２の室を規定する前記消化槽の内壁
    が断熱材で覆われている、実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項に記載の生物化学処理装置。
