上端の開口位置が水面から適宜長だけ下がるよう
に、前記捕集容器に取り付けられた浮子とウエイ
トとによつて前記捕集容器に作用する浮力を調節
するバランサーと、前記内筒内に下降するサイク
ロン流を形成するために前記内筒内に開口させた
ノズルとを備えたことを特徴とする浮遊油回収装
