- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面及び底面が多角形であつて、上面及び
底面の対応する１組の辺が３次元的に平行でない
容器と、上面の対向辺が両端部となるように形成
された帯上面部、帯上面部の両端部から同一傾斜
で延在する四辺形の２つの帯側面部、及び底面の
対向辺が両端部となるように形成され、上記２つ
の帯側面部の間に存在する帯底面部からなる帯封
とからなることを特徴とする帯封付き容器。 (2) 上記容器が、折畳み式容器である実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の帯封付き容器。 (3) 上記容器の上面及び底面が偶数正多角形で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の帯封
付きの容器。
