Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 弁匣の流体通路内で円盤状の弁体を回動させ
て開閉させ、前記弁体の外周壁と弁匣周壁のシー
ル材とによりシールさせるようにした弁装置にお
いて、前記弁匣の流体通路内に合成樹脂リングが
嵌着されており、前記弁匣へ偏心して回動可能に
取付けられた弁体の外周壁が、弁閉鎖時に前記合
成樹脂リングの内周壁に密接すべく構成してなる
バタフライ弁のシール装置。 ２ 合成樹脂リングは、弁匣体の流体通路内壁の
全部又は一部に嵌着された実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のバタフライ弁のシール装置。 ３ 合成樹脂リングの弁体と当接する内周壁は、
弁体の外周壁凸弧面より小さい半径の凹弧面とし
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のバタフラ
イ弁のシール装置。 ４ 合成樹脂リングの材料は〓テフロン〓、ナイ
ロン又はベークライトとした実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項、第２項又は第３項に記載したバタフ
ライ弁のシール装置。 ５ 弁匣体の流体通路内壁の全部に亘つて設けら
れた合成樹脂リングには弁棒および支軸の外壁に
密接する挿通孔が設けられている実用新案登録請
求の範囲第２項記載のバタフライ弁のシール装置
。
