Claims (1)
- 軽量鉄骨構造のハウスで、屋根部が片流れ式あ
るいは両流れ式からなり、ハウスの左右軒側には
鉄骨支柱に結合した複数のサドル金具を屋根部上
方へ突設し、上記ハウスを一階部とし、このハウ
スのサドル金具に一階部ハウスと同一構造でかつ
同一形状の二階部ハウスを積み重ねて二階建てと
し、上記二階部ハウスの外壁に備えた引掛部に外
部階段としての踊場をフツク結合すると共に、他
上に支柱支持し、踊場に地上に至る折畳式の階段
部をフツク結合したことを特徴とする二階建てユ
ニツトハウス。
