ンピーダンスを示す。 図において、１０は音叉形圧電フアン、２０は
励振電極、２２は帰環電極、２４は波形整形回路
、３０はローパスフイルタ、３２は増幅回路を示
す。

    還電極とを有する圧電フアン、および 前記帰還電極から前記励振電極への帰還ループ
    を備え、 前記帰還ループに高調波抑制用フイルタを介挿
    した、圧電フアンの駆動回路。
