Claims (1)
- 食品を加熱調理するための調理室、該調理室外
に配置され、導入口、導出口及び入射孔を備える
ケース、該ケース内に置かれた赤外線検出素子、
前記導入口より前記ケース内に冷却風を送り込む
冷却風発生装置、前記赤外線検出素子及び赤外線
入射孔と整合する配置にて、前記調理室壁に形成
された赤外線通過孔、前記導出口及び赤外線入射
孔を夫々開閉する第１及び第２の開閉体、これら
の開閉体を互いに逆位相関係で動作させる制御部
を具備する加熱調理器。
