In the process of continuously performing processing such as pre-treatment and dyeing on industrially produced long fabrics, processing solutions (caustic liquid, dyeing, etc. during pre-treatment) are applied to the continuously transported fabric. A liquid impregnation process in which a treatment liquid impregnating tank is arranged for impregnating the fabric with a dye liquid during treatment, and a moist heat treatment process in which a steamer is used to continuously perform a steam reaction treatment on the liquid-impregnated fabric that has passed through this liquid impregnation process. The fabric to be treated is passed through the liquid in the treatment liquid impregnating tank to be impregnated with the liquid, and then this liquid-impregnated fabric is continuously fed into the steamer to undergo a wet heat reaction and undergo the desired treatment. It is suggested that this be done continuously.

However, in the continuous processing of fabrics to be treated as described above, there are two types of methods in which the fabric to be treated is impregnated with a treatment liquid in a liquid bath at room temperature and then subjected to a moist heat reaction treatment, and another in which the fabric is impregnated with a treatment liquid in a liquid bath at room temperature and then subjected to a moist heat reaction treatment. It is roughly divided into two types: impregnation in a liquid tank provided and then a wet heat reaction treatment in the same wet heat treatment chamber; Since the liquid temperature depends on the room temperature, it is not possible to maintain a constant temperature day and night or throughout the seasons. Therefore, changes in the liquid temperature can cause uneven liquid-containing treatment, resulting in long or long periods of time. There was a problem in that it was impossible to obtain uniformly treated cloth throughout the period. Although the latter liquid-containing means can improve the above problems, it is necessary to maintain a high-temperature, high-humidity atmosphere in the heat-moisture treatment chamber before the heat-moisture treatment. Since it takes a long time for the room to reach the specified temperature and humidity, it takes a long time to prepare the fabric before it can be used. There was a problem that a large amount of thermal energy was consumed.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer wall of a continuous liquid processing apparatus that continuously transports the fabric 2 to be impregnated with liquid, and the outer wall 1 includes guide rolls 3 1 , 3 and 3 for guiding the fabric 2 in a substantially V-shape. 3 2 , 3 3 and a pair of squeeze rolls 4 1 , 4 2 arranged above the guide rolls 3 3 . Further, between the guide rolls 3 1 and 3 2 and between the guide rolls 3 2 and 3 3 , there are a pair of left and right passages forming a liquid passage 9 that also serves as a transfer path for the fabric 2 transferred in a V-shape. The frames 5 are arranged in an inverted eight shape, and the lower inner edges of both passage frames 5 are in watertight contact with the guide roll 32 . Further, this passage frame 5 is constituted by a heating plate that can be heated with a heat medium such as electric heat, heating oil, or steam, and the heating temperature of this passage frame 5 can be set and adjusted to a desired temperature. It is something that can be done. Reference numeral 6 denotes a movable frame spaced apart from the lower side of the guide roll 32 , and the movable frame 6 is opened and closed using a support shaft 8 as a fulcrum by the operation of a cylinder 7. When the movable frame 6 is closed, the upper surface of the movable frame 6 is pressed against the outer edge of the lower end of the passage frame 5 in a watertight manner. Therefore, a substantially V-shaped liquid passage 9 is formed by the guide roll 3 2 , the opposing passage frame 5, and the movable frame 6. In this embodiment, a substantially V-shaped liquid passage 9 is formed. Although the total length of the liquid passage 9 was designed to be 500 mm and the width a of the liquid passage 9 was 3 mm, the total length of the passage 9 was experimentally set to 400 mm to 1000 mm, and the passage width was 2 mm to 5 mm. It is desirable to do so. 10 is a processing liquid supply pipe for supplying the processing liquid into the liquid passage 9, and 11 is a cleaning liquid shower disposed at a suitable position within the outer wall 1.

The above is the structure of this embodiment. Next, we will discuss its operation. When the piston of the cylinder 7 is pushed out, the movable frame 6 moves to the position shown by the solid line.
By bringing the lower outer edge of the passage frame 5 into close contact with the upper surface of the movable frame 6, a substantially V-shaped liquid passage 9 is formed. Next, after heating the passage frame 5 to a predetermined temperature, a predetermined treatment liquid is sequentially supplied into the liquid passage 9 from the treatment liquid supply pipe 10 in an amount sufficient to absorb the fabric 2. The processing liquid supplied therein is immediately heated by the heating temperature of the passage frame 5, and becomes a processing liquid at a high temperature of, for example, around 100°C. Therefore, by running the fabric 2 in the liquid passage 9, the fabric 2 running in the liquid passage 9 is successively impregnated with high-temperature treatment liquid. By sequentially supplying fresh processing liquid into the liquid passage 9 from the processing liquid supply pipe 10 so that the liquid in the liquid passage 9 does not run out, the liquid in the liquid passage 9 is heated to the passage frame 5. The fabric 2 is immediately heated to a predetermined temperature following the temperature, and the fabric 2 moving through the liquid passage 9 is always impregnated with fresh high-temperature treatment liquid, so that effective liquid impregnation treatment can be continued.

Next, when changing the liquid in the liquid passage 9, the cylinder 7 is replaced without stopping the running of the fabric 2.
By operating the movable frame 6 as shown by the chain line, the movable frame 6 is opened and the remaining liquid in the liquid passage 9 is discharged, but the inner volume of the liquid passage 9 is
Fabric guide roll 3 2 , movable frame 6 and liquid guide wall 5
1 , 5 , and 2 are set as small as possible without interfering with the transfer of the fabric, so the amount of residual liquid discharged can be extremely small. Therefore, when cleaning water is jetted from each cleaning liquid shower 11 and processing liquid supply pipe 10, this cleaning water is distributed to the movable frame 6, the fabric guide roll 3, the liquid guide walls 51 , 52 , and the squeezing roll 41 ,
4. It is sprayed onto surfaces such as 2nd etc. for effective cleaning in a short period of time. During this cleaning operation, the transfer of the fabric (guiding cloth) 2 can be continued, that is, without stopping the transfer of the fabric.
