Claims (1)
- 中央に窪状の濾過部を設け、周縁にシール部を
形成してなる芯板に、中央表面に濾過床突起群を
設け、周縁にシール部を形成した弾性材よりなる
ダイアフラム膜を重ね合わせ取付けてなる膜式フ
イルタープレートにおいて、上記芯板の周縁シー
ル部の外周縁の少くとも四隅部に凹穴部を形成し
、該凹穴部に対応するダイアフラム膜には袋状突
部を形成し、上記凹穴部に上記袋状突部を挿入し
、更に該袋状突部の開口部に固定具を嵌着して芯
板とダイアフラム膜とを固定することを特徴とす
る膜式フイルタープレート。
