Claims (1)
- 互いに対向する２個が一対として用いられ、互
いの間に充填された粒状の食品材料を、相対的に
動かして擦り潰す砥石であつて、気孔率の小さい
素材からなる砥石本体の食品材料側を向く面に砥
粒層を設けてなり、前記砥粒層は、多数の砥粒と
、各砥粒間に隙間なく充填されて各砥粒を前記砥
石本体に固着する固着物質とを具備してなること
を特徴とする食品擦り潰し用砥石。
