- 湿度検出素子、該湿度検出素子の汚れを加熱に
より除去する加熱機構、温度検出素子及びこれら
全体を囲繞する保護具を備えてなるものにおいて
、該保護具の少なくとも前記温度検出素子に対応
する部分が熱伝導率１９×１０−３Ｊ／cm・ｓ・
ｋ以下の材質からなることを特徴とする温湿度セ
ンサ。
