段を、前記露光ランプの移動方向に所定間隔を隔
てて前記シリンダ室に連通連設し、かつ、露光工
程において前記露光ランプ近くの排気手段を順次
強制的に排気状態に切り換える状態切換え手段を
設けてあることを特徴とする複写機の露光用光学
系における冷却装置。 前記駆動手段を露光装置の往復移動部材で兼
