Claims (1)
- 内部に収納部が形成され、該収納部の一側が組
付け用の開口部となつた筐体に、アクセルペダル
の操作量に対応して回動する回動軸を前記収納部
内に突出させて設けると共に、周縁部に摺動子を
取付け、前記回動軸と一体的に回動せしめられる
摺動子受けや、該摺動子と摺接する抵抗体及び集
電体を形成した基板等を前記開口部から収納部内
に装着してなるスロツトルポジシヨンセンサにお
いて、前記開口部には外側面に通気筒を突設する
と共に、内側面に該通気筒と前記収納部との間を
結ぶ空気通路を形成した蓋体を嵌着し、該蓋体の
外側において前記筐体内壁面と前記通気筒外周面
との間に熱硬化性樹脂を充填すると共に、前記通
気筒の内部に溶融熱可塑性樹脂を注入することに
より前記収納部を密閉する構造となし、前記空気
通路の途中には注入熱可塑性樹脂が前記収納部内
に浸入するのを防止する樹脂溜めを設けたことを
特徴とする、スロツトルポジシヨンセンサ。
