、５は湿度検出用サーミスタ、６ａ〜６ｄはステ
ム１を貫通するピン、７，１１はリード線、８，
１２は撚り銅線、９，１３は圧着端子、１４は圧
着部分である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ステムを貫通する第１、第２、第３及び第４の
    ピンと、 前記ステムの一方の面を前記第１、第２、第３
    及び第４のピンを収容した状態で覆うネツトキヤ
    ツプとを備え、 外気と自由に接触できる状態に保持された湿度
    検出用サーミスタを、前記ステムと前記ネツトキ
    ヤツプとにより形成される空間内に於いて、前記
    第１のピンと第２のピンとの間に接続し、 湿度零の雰囲気中に保持された温度補償用サー
    ミスタを、前記ステムと前記ネツトキヤツプとに
    より形成される空間内に於いて、前記第３のピン
    と第４のピンとの間に接続し、 前記ステムの前記ネツトキヤツプに覆われてい
    ない面から突出した前記各ピンにそれぞれリード
    線を接続することにより構成した湿度センサに於
    いて、 前記各リード線の撚り銅線に取付けられた圧着
    端子の圧着部分を前記各ピンにそれぞれスポツト
    熔接したことを特徴とする湿度センサ。
