Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多数集積された状態で横方向に搬送される
    棒状材料を、その搬送の途次において一本ずつに
    分離して次工程に供給する装置であつて、 上面に前記棒状材料を載置可能な鋸歯状突起が
    形成され、前記棒状材料の搬送方向に整列して配
    置されると共に、当該棒状材料の直径に応じて必
    要量だけ搬送方向に対して前後に移動調節可能な
    固定床と、 前記固定床に平行に配設されると共に、上面に
    前記棒状材料を載置可能な鋸歯状突起が形成され
    、 前記固定床の鋸歯状突起のレベルを基準として
    、 これより上下にしかも搬送方向に向けて斜めに
    往復駆動される移動床 とから構成したことを特徴とする棒状材料の供給
    装置。 (2) 前記固定床および移動床の鋸歯状突起は、
    所要数の鋸歯セグメントから形成され、夫々の鋸
    歯セグメントは、緩やかに下降する長傾斜面と急
    角度で上昇する短傾斜面とから構成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の棒状材料の供
    給装置。 (3) 各鋸歯セグメントの長傾斜面と短傾斜面と
    の間に形成される角度は、約９５度の鈍角に設定
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の
    棒状材料の供給装置。
