  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクロータに跨設されたキヤリパと、該キ
    ヤリパに摺動可能に嵌合されて該デイスクロータ
    にパツドを押圧するピストンとを備えたデイスク
    ブレーキにおいて、 前記ピストンと軸方向に隣接した位置に該軸方
    向に摺動可能なラツク部材を設けるとともに、該
    ラツク部材と噛み合いかつ該ラツク部材と直交す
    る軸心まわりに回転可能なピニオン部材を設け、
    更に該ピニオン部材に一方向クラツチを介してパ
    ーキングレバーを設けたことを特徴とするパーキ
    ングブレーキ機能を備えたデイスクブレーキ。
