Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １対の入力端子間に入力信号の印加によつて励
    磁されるリレーコイルとトリガ用素子とを介挿し
    た入力信号回路と、電源と負荷が接続される１対
    の電源端子間に上記トリガ用素子からのトリガ信
    号を受けて導通する半導体スイツチング素子と負
    荷電流の通電用リレー接点とを並列接続した負荷
    回路とを具備してなる負荷開閉装置において、上
    記入力信号回路に、入力信号の印加時から所定の
    遅延時間後に上記リレーコイルを励磁するととも
    に入力信号のしや断時に上記リレーコイルを消磁
    するＯＮデイレイ回路と、入力信号のしや断時に
    上記トリガ用素子に通電するとともに入力信号の
    しや断時から所定の遅延時間後に上記トリガ用素
    子に対する通電をしや断するＯＦＦデイレイ回路
    とを設け、上記トリガ用素子、半導体スイツチン
    グ素子、ＯＮデイレイ回路およびＯＦＦデイレイ
    回路とでユニツト回路を構成し、このユニツト回
    路を上記リレーコイルおよび負荷電流の通電用リ
    レー接点から分離して、これらを電気的に接続可
    能に構成したことを特徴とする負荷開閉装置。
