- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも前後で車体フレーム２に取付け
られる燃料タンク８と座席部材１０とを、燃料タ
ンク８の前部と座席部材１０の後部において各別
に車体フレーム２へ取付ける一方、燃料タンクの
後部と座席部材の前部とに取付けブラケツト８ａ
，１５を設け、そのブラケツト８ａ，１５を互い
に重合させ各独立の緩衝部材２０ａ，２０ｂおよ
び２４を介して共通１本のボルト１６で車体フレ
ーム２へ係止してなる自動二輪車の燃料タンクと
座席の取付け構造。 (2) 緩衝部材２０ａ，２０ｂおよび２４はスペ
ーサのフランジ１８ａによつて区画されて相互に
独立している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の自動二輪車の燃料タンクと座席の取付け構造。
