Claims (1)
- ケーシングの内部に、レーザー発振器を配設す
ると共に同ケーシングの軸線に沿つて移動自在に
レーザー発振器から発振されたレーザー光の指向
角を調整するコリメータを配設し、コリメータ部
の外面に前記ケーシリングの軸線に沿つてラツク
部を設け、ラツク部に噛合するピニオン部を前記
ケーシングに設けてなり、前記ピニオン部を回転
させたとき、コリメータ部がケーシングの軸線に
沿つて移動することを特徴とするレーザー発振装
置構造。
