  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 疎部分と密部分とからなる麺塊を容器に収
    納してなる容器入り即席麺において、麺塊の疎部
    分が麺塊上面から麺塊下面に連続するものである
    ことを特徴とする容器入り即席麺。 (2) 麺塊上面から麺塊下面において疎部分が最
    も狭小となる部分を水平に切断した場合に、疎部
    分の麺塊断面に占める面積割合いが、５％以上と
    なるように、麺塊を構成してなることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容器入り
    即席麺。 (3) 麺塊上面において疎部分の占める面積割合
    いが、５〜３５％であることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容器入り即席麺。
