Claims (1)
- 両面に対をなす電極を有する圧電材と該圧電材
を収容する凹部を有する振動板とを有し、該振動
板の凹部底面に前記圧電材の一方の電極を貼り付
けてなる圧電振動子と、該圧電振動子の前記振動
板の凹部の開放部を閉鎖する表裏に貫通する多数
の孔を有する多孔質板とから構成されることを特
徴とする圧電形電気音響変換器。
