Claims (1)
- ボツクス本体内の不活性ガス雰囲気中に油回転
式ポンプを設置し、ボツクス本体内で該ポンプに
特殊ガスの吸気及び排気管をそれぞれ接続してな
るパージボツクスにおいて、前記ボツクス本体の
外部に前記ポンプの駆動用モーターを設置して該
モーターをボツクス本体内のポンプより隔離した
ことを特徴とする特殊ガスボンベボツクス用油回
転式ポンプのパージボツクス。
