Next, it is filtered in the first filtration chamber 4 and flows into the confluence section 11.
The primary treated water collected in is led to the upper part of the second filtration chamber 5 through the connecting conduit 6. Second filtration chamber 5
, the primary treated water is filtered again in the same process as in the first filtration chamber 4 by the filter elements 9, 9, etc. arranged in the same chamber, and then flows into the second filtration chamber confluence section 12. Can be collected. Then, this secondary treated water is taken out from the outlet 16,
It is now available for use. In this two-stage filtration process using the first and second filtration chambers, impurities such as inorganic salts and organic substances contained in the raw water are removed.

As described above in detail based on the embodiments, the present invention provides a partition wall in the main body of the device to concentrically form a plurality of independent filtration chambers, and arranges a filter element in each filtration chamber for filtration. A compact multi-stage filter device can be obtained by constructing a filter device. In addition, since the filtration chambers are arranged concentrically, the outer filtration chamber is inevitably larger than the inner filtration chamber, but raw water is introduced into the outer filtration chamber, which serves as the first stage filtration chamber. Therefore, the first stage filtration capacity can be increased, and the filtration chambers from the second stage onwards become smaller and the processing capacity becomes smaller.
Since the water is highly purified, even if the filtration capacity is reduced, the filtration process can be carried out satisfactorily. Therefore, by arranging the filtration chambers concentrically in this way, filter elements can be replaced in each filtration chamber at approximately the same time, which is extremely convenient for maintenance and inspection. The effect of this can be obtained.
