    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 瓶類の開口に嵌着する弾性栓を覆う金属製キヤ
    ツプ本体１に全周裂断線２で囲まれた剥離部３を
    設け、その外側を囲繞するように弾性栓上面に食
    込む突条４を形成し、さらにキヤツプ本体１の上
    面全面を覆う外蓋５を設けるとともに、前記剥離
    部３と外蓋５を、キヤツプ本体１の剥離部３自体
    に隆設した突子６により直接かしめにより固定し
    て成る輸液瓶類のキヤツプ。
