第１〜５図はこの考案の実施例を示し、第１図
は手動水分計の回路図、第２〜４図は手動水分計
のハンドルとスライド式カバーとを順次除去した
状態を夫々示す平面図、第５図は手動水分計の乾
燥残り時間の算出および表示状態を示すフローチ
ヤートである。 図において、２は手動水分計、４，６は電極、
８は変換回路、１０はＡ／Ｄ変換回路、１２は演
算処理部、１４は表示部、１６は表示駆動部、１
８は測定スイツチ、２０は平均値スイツチ、２２
は乾減率設定スイツチ、２４は目標水分値設定ス
イツチ、２６は乾燥残り時間スイツチ、２８はハ
ンドル、３０はカバーである。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一対の電極間にて試料を圧砕挟持し両電極間
の抵抗値を変換回路により含水率に変換し、演算
処理部によつて演算処理を行う穀物の含水率測定
装置において、含水率測定動作を起動する測定ス
イツチと、測定された含水率を記憶する記憶回路
と、測定された含水率の設定値計算を起動する設
定値スイツチと、乾燥機の乾減率を表示及び入力
させる乾減率設定スイツチと、目標水分値を入力
させる目標水分値設定スイツチと、セツトした乾
減率及び目標水分値を記憶する記憶回路と、乾燥
残り時間計算を起動する乾燥残り時間スイツチと
、少なくとも測定した含水率と乾減率と目標水分
値と乾燥残り時間及びエラー表示を行う表示部と
を設けたことを特徴とする穀物の含水率測定装置
。 ２ 前記設定値スイツチは、測定された含水率の
平均値を計算して設定値とする設定値スイツチで
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の穀物の
含水率測定装置。 ３ 前記乾減率設定スイツチに、予め記憶された
値を表示し乾減率を変更する際にオン状態を維持
しつつ設定値スイツチあるいは乾燥残り時間スイ
ツチをオン動作させることにより変更可能な乾減
率設定スイツチである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の穀物の含水率測定装置。 ４ 前記目標水分値設定スイツチは、予め記憶さ
れた値を表示し乾減率を変更する際にオン状態を
維持しつつ設定値スイツチあるいは乾燥残り時間
スイツチをオン動作させることにより変更可能な
目標水分値設定スイツチである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の穀物の含水率測定装置。
