Claims (1)
- 試料を移動させる試料テーブル上に設置した。
基準面と試料を保持したカセツトとそのカセツト
を上記基準面に押し当てる押し上げ板と、その板
を上下動させるアクチユエータから成るカセツト
保持装置において、上記カセツトに二つの位置規
制溝を設け、さらに、押し上げ板を試料テーブル
に固定することにより、押し上げ板のみでカセツ
トの保持と位置決めを行えることを特徴とする試
料カセツト保持装置。
