- ポリエチレンテレフタレート系フイルム１１、
その上面側に接着した、両面を加水分解処理面と
するセルロース系プラスチツクフイルム１２及び
前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート系フイルム１１
の下面側に形成した、粘着剤層１３からなる貼着
用フイルム本体１と；貼着用フイルム本体１のセ
ルロース系プラスチツクフイルム１２面に剥離可
能に弱粘着したポリエチレンテレフタレート系プ
ロテクトフイルム２と；貼着用フイルム本体１の
粘着剤層１３面に剥離可能に粘着した離型シート
又はフイルム３とからなることを特徴とする、フ
イルム積層体。
