Claims (1)
- 回転軸の先端部に固着されたインペラー部材の
背面側の軸芯孔周側壁部にシールリング部材を突
出状に組付け、且つ該シールリング部材に対接し
て相互に摺擦面を形成する他方のシートリング部
材を、基体ケース側に位置して該ケースに嵌装し
た凹溝支持環体に設けたスプリングによつて前記
シールリング部材のシール面を押圧して相互に密
合するように構成したメカニカルシール構造にお
いて、前記シールリング部材４と他方のシートリ
ング部材５の少なくとも一方をステンレス材９に
よつて被着せしめ、更に該ステンレス材にＡｌ２
Ｏ３，Ｓｉｏ２及びＣｒ２Ｏ３の組成からなる加
熱焼成によつて化学結合されたセラミツク層１０
を形成して摺擦面としたことを特徴とする送水ポ
ンプにおけるメカニカルシール構造。
