Claims (1)
- 第１、第２の切換位置において、吸着パツドに
連通する出力ポートを真空源に連通する真空圧ポ
ート又は圧力空気源に連通する圧力ポートに連通
させると共に、中立位置において上記各ポート間
の連通を遮断する弁部材を備え、上記弁部材に、
それを第１及び第２の切換位置に切換える２個の
ソレノイドと、弁部材を第１の切換位置に保持す
る機械的デテント機構と、第２の切換位置から中
立位置に復帰させる復帰スプリングを設けたこと
を特徴とする真空圧制御弁。
