- 各々が基準穴と情報トラツク部とを有する２枚
のデイスク状基板を、各基板の該情報トラツク部
が内向きになるように空間を介して接着剤を用い
て一体化させた円盤状情報記録媒体において、各
基板の内向き面上における基準穴よりも外側でか
つ情報トラツク部よりも内側にあたる円周上に、
円孤その他の断面形状を有する対称的な凹部を形
成し、この２枚の基板の双方の凹部に嵌合するド
ーナツ状の部材を組み込んでなる円盤状情報記録
媒体。
