Claims (1)
- 下面に加熱盤を備えた半田槽の上部に、該半田
槽に沿つて水平に移動する振動装置を設置し、該
振動装置の出力軸下端に適宜連動枠を介して半田
浴中に潜入する振動板を定着すると共に、該振動
板の移動方向と直面する一側縁部に鋤板を取付け
、半田浴上面を移動するプリント基板の移動方向
と逆行して移動し乍ら、半田に振動を与えつつ該
プリント基板下面に向つて押上げるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする振動式半田付装置。
