- 清浄作業装置本体内に設置された生産設備の前
面における作業者の存在の有無を検出する検出手
段と、この検出手段の検出結果により前記清浄作
業装置本体内の照明手段の点灯・消灯を制御する
照明制御手段とを備えた清浄作業装置。
