1の縦断面図で本図のA−A断面が第1図eであ
る。接触バネ片11の先端下部112は円弧状を
なしこの部分を受ける円筒内縁14もつぶし加工
を行つて凹所を形成しているがこの凹所は必要に
応じて設ける。第2図は本ソケツトコンタクト成
形前のブランク形状を示す。第2図aに示すよう
に接触バネ片11が形成された後、残りの部分の
aおよびbに示す位置で帯状に突起を出せば寸法
Lが縮み接触バネ片11の先端111より短かく
なる。その後円筒を形成すれば図1のソケツトコ
ンタクト1が得られる。なお、上記の縮み量があ
まり大きくない場合は接触バネ片11部分のとり
方を第2図bに示すようにバネ片11の両側のみ
