    用ロボツトにおいて、前記アーム等のロボツト機
    成部品・前記対象物の自重、慣性力又は外力等に
    よる前記アームの変形振動を軽減する為、前記ア
    ーム部に振動減衰装置を設置したことを特徴とす
    る産業用ロボツト。
