Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a core of one shape of segment cores only by providing four core bolt holes to each segment core. CONSTITUTION:Four core bolt holes 3-6 are provided to a segment 1. One core bolt hole 3 with the other 5 and 4 with 6 form an angle of theta/2 degrees (theta: angle of segment) respectively. On the other hand, 3 with 4 and 5 with 6 are to form an angle of (slot pitch)X(n+0.5) respectively. The core bolt hole 3 is put on top of 5 and the core bolt hole 4 on top of 6 successively. As the pitch of these core bolt holes slip off by half the slot pitch angle one another, the slots after laminated can be trued up in the same position.

Next, the operation will be explained. If the number of slots to be provided in the segment core is an odd number and the number of core bolt holes is two, the segment core X has half of the slots (2) at both ends of the segment. 2] Segment core Y provided with
Two types (8) are manufactured. In other words, the two core bolt holes are spaced apart from each other by an angle of '/2 (where θ is the angle of the segment, and when N is the number of segment divisions, 860>). Therefore, the core bolt hole P (9) and the core bolt hole QαQ are separated by an angle ζ, and the core bolt hole R (b) and the core bolt hole Saa are also separated by an angle %. Segment core x (7) and segment core Y (8) are connected by aligning core bolt holes P (92 and core bolt holes RQυ), and aligning core bolt holes Q, (11 and core bolt holes S4) as shown in Figure 6.
