ーラの周壁外周面にオフセツト防止液を含浸する
含浸性層を設けて成り、該含浸性層の外周面をオ
フセツト防止液被塗布ローラ面に圧接させて回転
自在に取付けられるオフセツト防止液供給ローラ
において、上記の中空ローラ内に円板状電極対を
該ローラの軸線に中心を合せて互いに間隔を置い
て固定し、これにより形成されるコンデンサの静
電容量検知手段と、該手段により検知される静電
容量が中空ローラ内のオフセツト防止液量の減少
に伴い低下して所定の値以下になつた時、オフセ
ツト防止液供給ローラを交換すべき旨の報知を行
なう手段とを設けたことを特徴とするオフセツト
