【発明の詳細な説明】
○産業上の利用分野
本発明は、農学、薬学、化学、医学の分野において液中
の総たん白を半定量する目的で開発されたものである。

○従来の技術と問題点
現在市販されているたん白半定量試験紙は、グロブリン
との反応が弱い。これ等の試験紙、主にアルブミンと反
応するものであり、総たん白の半定量はできない。しか
し予防医学の見地からしてアρブミン以外のたん白とも
反応する総たん白半定量試験紙は必要である。ベーター
、ツー、ミクログロブリン等の尿細管障害に由来する尿
たん白やミエローマ由来のペンスジョーズたん白は市販
されている試験紙では検出が困難である。また偽陽性率
も高い。
