Claims (1)
- ポンプボデイに弁収容孔を形成し、該弁収容孔
内に、摺動可能にスプール弁を収容して、該スプ
ール弁の一端側にポンプの吐出圧がそのまま導入
される一次圧力室を形成すると共に、他端側には
メインオリフイスで絞られた後のパワーステアリ
ングへの供給路の供給圧が導入される二次圧力室
を形成し、これら各圧力室の圧力差に基づき、前
記スプール弁を摺動制御して余剰油のポンプの吸
入部への還流量と増減させ、パワーステアリング
へ供給する油量及び油圧を制御するようになつて
いるポンプの流量制御弁において、前記弁収容孔
の開口端近傍から前記ポンプボデイに吐出通路を
穿設し、内端をポンプの吐出室に、外端を前記パ
ワーステアリングへの供給路に臨ませると共に、
該吐出通路にはメインオリフイスを形成し、ポン
プの吐出油を該メインオリフイスを介して前記吐
出通路から前記供給路へ導入してパワーステアリ
ングへ供給する一方、前記弁収容孔の開口端側に
、前記メインオリフイス下流の供給圧が導入され
る二次圧力室を形成したことを特徴とするポンプ
の流量制御弁。
