Claims (1)
- 筒状ボデイ３と、該ボデイ内を気密に往復する
プランジヤ１３と、該プランジヤの周囲に巻回し
て、プランジヤを前方に付勢するコイル４と、該
ボデイの後端部に取着して、通電時に該プランジ
ヤを後方に固定する電磁コイル１７と、該ボデイ
の先端部に取着されるダイアフラムボデイ２と、
該ダイアフラムボデイ内を摺動する、先端にチユ
ーブ挿入溝１８を有するピンチボデイ１と該ピン
チボデイ内を往復し、かつ先端がチユーブ挿入溝
に収容されたチユーブに当接するプツシユロツド
１０と、該プツシユロツドの周囲に巻回してプツ
シユロツドを後方に付勢するコイル９と、該プツ
シユロツドの後端部に中心部が気密に固着され、
かつ周縁部が筒状ボデイに気密に固着されて、該
筒状ボデイの内部に密閉空間を形成するダイアフ
ラム１１と、該筒状ボデイの側壁に設けられ、か
つ該密閉空間内に開口する空気導入口１６を備え
たことを特徴とする流量調整バルブ。
