ことはできなかつた。 Conventionally, this type of ceiling for a Japanese-style room has a plurality of vertical beams 2, 2 installed in parallel on the back side of a decorative plywood board 1 having a wood grain pattern on the surface, as shown in FIG. 3 was installed, and the ceiling for Japanese-style rooms was reinforced with vertical beams 2 and horizontal beams 3. However, the thermal conductivity is different between the part of the decorative plywood 1 where the vertical and horizontal members 2 and 3 are attached and the part where they are not attached, and the part where the vertical members 2 and the like are attached is better. Because of its excellent heat insulation performance, there was a problem in that when there was a temperature difference between the attic and the room, condensation was more likely to occur in the portions of the decorative plywood 1 where the vertical sills 2, etc. were not attached. and,
When dew condensation occurs on the surface of the decorative plywood 1, dust and dust adhere to it, making it easy to get dirty. Moreover, the resin of the decorative plywood 1 melts onto the surface due to the moisture from the condensation, causing discoloration. There was a problem in that the part where the Yokosai 3 was attached looked white and raised compared to the part where it was not attached, spoiling the aesthetic appearance of the ceiling for a Japanese-style room. Furthermore, the vertical beams 2 are generally installed along the grain of the surface of the decorative plywood 1, and the horizontal beams 3 are installed at right angles to the grain direction; It was not noticeable because it followed the grain of the wood, and the influence of Yokodan 3 was large. As a method to solve the above problem, it was also possible to use a crosspiece 3 with a cutout recess 5 formed on the lower surface as shown in FIG. 3 has the disadvantage that the adhesion strength of the decorative plywood 1 is weakened, and it is also not possible to completely prevent the color difference caused by the crosspieces 3.
本考案は上記の点に鑑みて成されたものであつ

るようにするのが好ましいものである。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The ceiling decorative plywood 1 is attached to the ceiling, and a beautiful wood grain pattern is formed on the indoor surface of the decorative plywood 1. As shown in FIG. 3, vertical and horizontal beams 2 and 3 made of square timber are attached to the back surface of the decorative plywood 1 by pasting them with adhesive or nailing them. The vertical rung 2 is installed along the wood grain on the surface side of the decorative plywood 1, and the horizontal rung 3 is installed between the vertical rungs 2 and 2 at right angles to the vertical rung 2, that is, at right angles to the grain direction of the decorative plywood 1. . The back side of the decorative plywood 1 is closed, and a large number of ventilation holes 4 are regularly drilled in the horizontal side 3, which is substantially parallel to the vertical side 2, that is, in the same direction as the longitudinal side of the vertical side 2. It is preferable that the vertical thickness of the crosspiece 3 excluding the ventilation hole 4 portion be approximately equal in each part of the crosspiece 3.

に目立たないものである。 As shown in FIG. 3, the decorative plywood board 1 for the ceiling is attached to the entire lower surface of the crossbeam 3, so that the installation strength of the decorative plywood board 1 can be increased. In addition, by drilling the ventilation holes 4 in the crosspieces 3, the surface area of the crosspieces 3 increases, and air circulation areas are created, which increases the thermal conductivity of the crosspieces 3 and improves the thermal conductivity of the decorative plywood 1. , and can reduce the difference in heat insulation performance between the part where the crossbars 3 are attached to the back surface of the decorative plywood 1 and the part where the crossbars 3 are not attached. Moreover, by forming the ventilation holes 4 substantially parallel to the vertical rails 2, air can flow to the ventilation holes 4 without being obstructed by the vertical rails 2. The part of the decorative plywood 1 to which the horizontal struts 2 are attached has a difference in insulation performance compared to other parts of the decorative plywood 1, as in the past, but the vertical struts 2 make the decorative plywood Even if dirt or discoloration occurs on the surface of the decorative plywood 1, it will not be noticeable because the color difference will appear along the grain pattern on the surface of the decorative plywood 1.

定することができる利点を有するものである。 As mentioned above, the present invention has a vertical beam on the back side of the decorative plywood for ceilings that runs along the wood grain on the front side of the decorative plywood, and a horizontal beam that is perpendicular to the vertical beam and is closed on the back side of the decorative plywood. Since many ventilation holes are formed in the horizontal beams in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the vertical beams, even if horizontal beams are installed between the vertical beams, the air will not be blocked by the vertical beams or the horizontal beams themselves. Therefore, it is possible to increase the thermal conductivity of the crossbeams, and therefore the parts of the decorative plywood where the crossbeams are attached and the areas where the crossbeams are not attached. This makes it possible to reduce the difference in insulation performance between the ceiling and the room, and even if there is a temperature difference between the ceiling and the room and condensation occurs on the surface of the ceiling, the decoration will be uniform regardless of whether there is a crossbeam on the back side of the decorative plywood. This has the advantage that the plywood surface does not have condensation that causes discoloration only on the side rails, and the aesthetic appearance of the Japanese-style ceiling can be improved. In addition, even though there are ventilation holes in the crosspieces, the side of the crosspieces on the back side of the decorative plywood is closed, so even when the crosspieces are glued and fixed to the decorative plywood, the decorative plywood This has the advantage that the bonding area can be firmly fixed without any reduction in the bonding area.
