The roofs of concrete buildings, etc. usually have rising walls around the edges, and conventionally, as shown in Figure 1, the waterproofing method for such roofs is as follows:
A waterproof layer 4 made of asphalt roofing paper or the like is provided on the upper side of the concrete roof base 1 and the inside of the rising wall 2, which are part of the building frame, with a leveled mortar layer 3 interposed therebetween, and a pressure and protection layer is provided on top of the layer 4 of asphalt roofing paper. There is a structure in which a concrete layer 5 which also serves as a concrete layer 5 is provided, and a holding protection layer 6 made of brickwork is provided inside the rising wall 2. Furthermore, a so-called heat insulation waterproofing method is also practiced in which a layer of heat insulating material such as a synthetic resin foam is provided either above or below the above-mentioned waterproof layer or between two waterproof layers. Furthermore, instead of the concrete layer that serves both to hold down and protect the waterproof layer or the heat insulating layer, a concrete block or the like is sometimes laid down. In both construction methods, the corners of the roof base and rising walls are formed in a diagonal shape using leveled mortar to facilitate the installation of a waterproof layer such as asphalt roofing paper and to prevent damage to it. .

However, in the roof structure of the above-mentioned construction method, the upper concrete layer, etc., which is the protective layer, is directly heated by sunlight, etc., so the thermal expansion is larger than that of the lower layer of the roof base, especially in the summer. expansion becomes large. Nevertheless, as shown in Figure 1, the concrete layer etc. is provided with the side end surface facing the rising wall, so the expansion presses the rising wall outward, which causes Rips and cracks are relatively likely to occur in the building frame itself near the corners of the roof base and rising walls.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
In FIGS. 2 to 6, reference numeral 10 indicates a corner member according to the present invention, which is made of a synthetic resin foam molded body having a required length and having appropriate elasticity, and is particularly suitable for the horizontal surface on the roof base side in a waterproof roof structure. A horizontal wall portion 11 and a vertical wall portion 12 extending in the longitudinal direction and between the two wall portions 11 and 12 are formed so as to substantially correspond to the vertical surface on the rising wall side and the sloped portion formed by leveling mortar of the corner portion on both sides. A slanted wall portion 13 is integrally formed. The height of this corner member 10, that is, the height from the lower surface of the horizontal wall portion 11 to the upper end surface of the vertical wall portion 12, is formed so as to be approximately equal to the thickness of the concrete layer or the like serving as the presser protection layer. Further, the thickness of the corner member 10 may be set by considering the elasticity and shape-retaining strength of the material, but at least the thickness of the vertical wall portion 10
2 is set to allow expansion and contraction of the concrete layer etc. due to its elasticity.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and is used around the corner between the roof base 1 and the rising wall 2 in the roof structure of concrete building waterproofing method. A leveled mortar layer 3 is laminated on the upper surface and the inner surface of the rising wall 2, and the corner portion where the two surfaces intersect is formed obliquely, and an adhesive layer is applied on this leveled mortar layer 3 as necessary. A waterproof layer 4 made of asphalt-based waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, urethane waterproofing, paint film waterproofing, etc. is installed through the
In particular, the roof base 1 side and the rising wall 2 side are leveled and installed in a continuous curved manner along the slanted part 7 made of a mortar layer. And the corner member 10 according to the present invention,
It is sufficient to set it on the waterproof layer 4 around the corner of the roof base 1 and the rising wall 2, and this corner member 10 consists of a horizontal wall part 11, a vertical wall part 12, and a diagonal wall part 13 between the two walls. Therefore, these outer surfaces can be attached and set in a stable manner without gaps in correspondence with the horizontal plane on the roof base 1 side, the vertical plane on the rising wall 2 side, and the slope formed by the sloped portion 7. In this way, a concrete layer 5 serving as a holding protection layer is laminated on the waterproof layer 4 on the inner surface side of the corner member 10, and a corner member 10 is interposed between this concrete layer 5 and the waterproof layer 4 on the rising wall 2 side, Further, a finishing mortar layer 8 is provided as necessary, and a protective layer 6 made of brickwork or the like is provided inside the waterproof layer of the rising wall 2. In addition, in the heat insulation waterproofing method, the corner member 1 of the present invention is laminated with a heat insulating material layer such as synthetic resin foam together with the waterproof layer 4.
It is sufficient to set the value to 0, and the construction can be carried out in the same manner as described above by providing a concrete layer to serve as a presser protection layer. In addition, when a concrete block or the like is laid as the presser protection layer, the end portion of the block or the like used in the peripheral portion may be formed to correspond to the shape of the inner surface of the corner member 10.

As described above, in the present invention, the horizontal wall section 11, the vertical wall section 12, and the inclined wall section 13 between these two wall sections are integrally formed, so that the roof base 1 and the rising wall 2 in the waterproof roof structure are connected. Around the corner,
It can be made to correspond to the horizontal plane on the roof base side, the vertical plane on the rising wall side, and the sloped part made of leveled mortar. It can be used by interposing it between the two. Further, on the inner surface of at least one of the horizontal wall section 11 and the vertical wall section 12, inclined groove-shaped recesses 1 are formed at required intervals in the longitudinal direction from the bending boundary with the oblique wall section 13 to the end surface.
4 is formed, and the inner surface has an uneven shape of the concave portion 14 and the convex residual portion, so the bonding strength with the concrete layer is high, and peeling etc. will occur due to expansion and contraction of the concrete layer. There is no fear. Moreover, since the corner member 10 of the present invention is made of a synthetic resin foam molding having elasticity, the corner member 10 can prevent the expansion and contraction of the upper concrete layer, etc., which is the protective layer of the waterproof roof structure. This is permissible, and even if the upper concrete layer, etc. has a larger thermal expansion than the roof base in the summer, and extends in the surface direction, the corner member 10 can absorb the extension and press the rising wall 2 outward. You can prevent it from happening.

In particular, since the material is made of synthetic resin foam and has a solid internal shape, the entire corner member including the end has a substantially uniform elasticity, and the elasticity of the concrete layer due to expansion, i.e., the rising wall. In contrast, the force in the pressing direction can be reliably absorbed and dispersed even at the upper end where the upper part of the concrete layer comes into contact, and it is advantageous to provide the groove-shaped recess 14 on the inner surface that becomes deeper toward the end as described above. Not only can this be done without any problem, but also the recesses 14 can reliably absorb and disperse the stress caused by the expansion of the concrete layer. Furthermore, by forming the recess 14 in a shape that gradually slopes outward from the bending boundary with the slanted wall 13 and reaches the end surface, the roof base and the riser where the stress exerted by the expansion of the concrete layer is greatest. The wall thickness of the corner member is larger near the corner with the wall, which not only improves the integrity with the concrete layer, but also improves the thickness of the corner member 1.
In addition to being excellent in maintaining its strength, it also has a good effect on absorbing expansion of the concrete layer.

Therefore, according to the corner member of the present invention, it has good integrity with the concrete layer, and the expansion of the concrete layer can be reliably absorbed even at the upper end of the corner member, thereby preventing cracks near the corner between the roof base and the rising wall. This can effectively prevent the occurrence of cracks and cracks.
