動させる傾動操作機構と、ドラムの下方に配設さ
れこのドラムの外周面を加熱するガスバーナとを
備えた炒め機において、前記ドラムの底に熱風吹
込口を形成し、この吹込口に、前記ガスバーナの
燃焼ガスまたはガスバーナで加熱した空気からな
る熱風の供給ダクトを接続したことを特徴とする
